All rights related to the app – including its design, source code, content, trademarks, and any associated intellectual property – are fully owned by ProMixed. You are not permitted to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works based on the app or any of its components.
We may modify or enhance the app periodically, including introducing paid services. We will never charge you without clearly informing you in advance. We also reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time, without prior notice.
To maintain proper functionality and data security:
– Do not root or jailbreak your device.
– Avoid tampering with system-level protections.
– Ensure your device has sufficient battery and internet connectivity.
ProMixed is not responsible for app malfunctions caused by user-side device alterations, poor connectivity, or insufficient data plans.
VirtuHope uses technologies from third-party providers (e.g., Unity), which may have separate terms and conditions. By using our app, you accept those terms as well.
Certain features require an active internet connection. ProMixed is not liable for reduced functionality if your device lacks internet access or runs out of data. Any additional charges from your mobile provider (including roaming) are your responsibility.
The app stores and processes data you provide to deliver its services. We highly recommend maintaining control over your device and app access. Do not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your device.
While we aim to keep the app updated and error-free, some content may rely on external sources. We do not guarantee full accuracy at all times and are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the app or reliance on its content.
We may occasionally release updates. These may be necessary for continued functionality. You agree to install such updates when available. We do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all versions of Android or future devices.
At our discretion, we may suspend or discontinue access to the app. In such a case, your license to use VirtuHope will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the app from your device.
These terms may change from time to time. You are advised to check this page regularly. Updates will be reflected in the app and/or on our website. The current version of the terms is effective as of September 12, 2023.
